METHOD OF SENDING AND DELIVERY TIME

Okeyluz.es always will send the orders by Fast Transport, could changing the transport company, always it doesn't causes any problem with our customers.

SENDINGS TO PENINSULA

Okeyluz.es will pay the sending of the order, if the purchase exceed 150€.

SENDINGS TO BALEARES ISLANDS

Okeyluz.es will pay the sending of the order, if the purchase exceed 250€.



RETURNS

The whole articles offereds in our shop are guaranteed by Okeyluz.es. We offer the Highest Quality and the Best Guarantee, this is our compromise with our customers. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied with it, you have an seven days (7), including the reception date, to ask for the return. Transport Wastes and and pick up in case of return will be payed by our customer. To make an return, product have to be in perfect conditions with original packing. Once we have the returned product in our factory, we will check the product and after this we will return the money to the customers with the same way of payment do it by customer.

Any case, we will accept returns of faulty products and sending mistakes, being Okeyluz.es who pay for the Transport Wastes if the customer advise us of this before seven (7) days, since the reception of the goods.
