IF ALREADY REGISTERED AT THE STORE
In the top menu on the right side, click on "My Account". On the screen below you will see that it provides two options.

In the box "Already a Client" enter your email and password. Click on "Enter", you'll see that in the next screen it welcomes you personally with your name. If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot your password?". On the screen that appears below, enter your email and click "Continue". You will receive an automatic email in the email that you have provided us with a new password.

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ENTER THE STORE
To buy in www.okeyluz.es is very easy. You just have to take a few minutes to register, and then you can place orders via the Internet. Here's how you can sign: Click on the link "My Account" to create a new account, selecting the "New Customer". Click "Continue".

Then you'll see a form to enter your data. It is imperative that all required fields are completed. It is very important to check your e-mail address below. You will need to enter the section of purchase or contact managers of the store.

Finally, the password you choose should be a password that is easy to remember. To enter the shop, you will need, therefore, your email address and password. If you lack something, the form will indicate that is needed and it will ask you to correct and how. Click Send.

On the next screen, it will inform you that your account has been created. If you click on "My Account", you will see that it appears again in the form of access. Enter your e-mail address and password and enter your newly created account. Now you can see products that are offered and you can begin choosing what interests you. To learn more about a product, click on it, you can see a detailed description.

Let's make a test of purchase. Imagine, after having recorded and seen the products that are offered on the web, you can now decide what product you want to place an order.

The first thing you will do is to click on the image of the product that will lead you to an extensive description of it at the bottom of the page. Select the button "Add to Cart". Cart appears on the screen. In "Quantity", use the buttons "+" or "-" to add or remove quantity of the product. If it reaches zero the product is removed from the basket, as we will not acquire any other product in this example. Pressing the button "Place an order." (If you would like to acquire another product, the process would be the same. Adding products by selecting the "Go on shopping" and click on "Place an order" only after you had chosen all products of your interest).

On the screen below you will see your data.
You will have the option to change the delivery address, where you would like to see the product delivered at another site different from the direction we took at the outset.
You may add comments on the purchase order, which will be taken into account by managers. Click on "Continue".

The next step is the payment method. You can also change the billing address and add comments. The billing, as set forth in the section "Conditions of transmission" (bottom left side of the menu Web), is made by different forms of payment. Click on "Continue". Now you can see all the data requested to take place. The delivery address, the product units and billing information. All you need to do is to click on the "Confirm" button that appears at the bottom to begin ordering process.
